This Privacy Policy explains how Challenge Couple (the “App”, “Service”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the App and any related website or support service.
Challenge Couple is an entertainment app for couples. It is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or relationship-counselling service.

1. Age requirement
The App is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. Some content, packs or features may be intended only for adults. If the App is distributed in a store or country with stricter age rules, those rules also apply.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the minimum legal age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
2. Information we may collect
Information you provide
- Support information, such as your email address and the content of your request when you contact us.
- Optional in-app information, such as player names, preferences, selected levels, settings or custom content, when those features exist in the App.
- Information you provide during a survey, beta test, feedback form or similar interaction.
Information collected automatically
- Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, country/region, time zone and crash logs.
- Usage information, such as screens viewed, features used, session duration, purchases started or completed, and technical events used to improve the App.
- Advertising or analytics identifiers, only where permitted by your device settings, consent choices and applicable law.
Payment information
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play or other authorized payment providers. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. We may receive limited purchase information, such as product identifier, transaction status, renewal status and country, to unlock paid features and manage subscriptions.
3. How we use information
- To operate the App and provide its features.
- To save settings, preferences and purchased access.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
- To diagnose bugs, crashes and performance issues.
- To understand how the App is used and improve its content, design and features.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents and unauthorized access.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting and platform obligations.
- Where permitted, to measure advertising campaigns or show relevant promotions.
4. Legal bases for processing, for users in the EEA/UK
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to provide the App, paid features, subscriptions and support.
- Legitimate interests: to maintain security, fix bugs, understand aggregated usage and improve the App.
- Consent: for certain analytics, advertising, push notifications or tracking when required by law or platform rules.
- Legal obligation: to comply with accounting, tax, consumer, regulatory or legal requirements.
5. Third-party services
We may use trusted third-party providers to operate, analyze, monetize and improve the App. Depending on the App version and your choices, these may include:
- App stores and payment processors, such as Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Purchase/subscription management services.
- Analytics, crash reporting and app configuration services.
- Cloud hosting, database, storage and customer support providers.
- Advertising attribution or advertising networks, if advertising or campaign measurement is enabled.
These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We only share data that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
6. Advertising, analytics and tracking
Where required, we ask for your consent before using tracking technologies or accessing device advertising identifiers. You can usually change your choices in the App settings, your device settings, or the privacy settings provided by Apple, Google or your operating system.
You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following cases:
- With service providers acting on our behalf.
- With app stores or payment providers to process purchases and subscriptions.
- When required by law, court order, regulator or lawful request.
- To protect our rights, users, security, property or prevent fraud.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale or business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, data processing agreements or equivalent protections.
9. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the App, maintain purchases, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Support emails are generally kept only as long as necessary to handle the request and maintain reasonable records. Purchase records may be kept for longer where required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention or platform compliance.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing of, or request portability of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise your rights, contact dpo@labyssgame.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
If you are in France or the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or your local data protection authority.
12. Account and data deletion
If the App includes an account or stores personal data linked to you, you may request deletion by contacting support@labyssgame.com or dpo@labyssgame.com. Deletion may not affect data we must keep for legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
Deleting the App from your device may delete local data stored only on your device, but it may not cancel active subscriptions. Subscriptions must be managed through the App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page with the updated date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required.
